By using our Site and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, please do not use our Site or purchase any products from us.
We offer a range of handmade products for sale on our Site. Each product is unique and may differ from the exact piece displayed on our Site. We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are of high quality and free from defects. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that they will be free from minor variations and imperfections. Please review the product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation of your order, including the details of the products you have purchased and the total price.
Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment through credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Prices for products listed on our Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
We ship products to addresses worldwide. Shipping costs will be added to your order total and will be displayed during the checkout process. We will make every effort to ship your order promptly and provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the product(s) are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at kristina@kokinoshop.cz to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made products, unless the product is defective. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective.

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kokino and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of our content without our express written permission.
We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or the products we sell. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the EU.
- Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on our Site and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Site and purchase of products from us after the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
