It usually takes 4 business days to ship your order, but please note that shipping times may be extended. We usually do not have all items in stock (even if they are shown in the e-shop) and we create the order specifically for you only after payment. If you need your order faster, as a gift, please write us an e-mail kristina@kokinoshop.cz and we will expedite it :-)
We send packages carefully packed in brown cardboard boxes by registered Czech Post or Zásilkovna to a branch or z-box.
